The hotel rooms were tasteful and beautifully appointed with high-end finishes, making me feel spoiled in a lovely place, but they were a little small. The service was super friendly and welcoming, with professional and polite staff; however, the bar service stood out. The location was convenient, with very friendly staff, although a few improvements could be made for an even better experience. The dining experience offered lots of choice, but there were some issues with temperature consistency. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement.

The service at the Temperance Bar is friendly and informative, and the staff are attentive, making sure to address any concerns promptly. The location is convenient, only 50m away from the must-see Bilya Koort Boodja Centre, however, additional meal choices and drink options would have been appreciated. The dining experiences at Dome next door were fantastic, offering a range of delicious options. The facilities needed a bit of tidying up and could have provided more snack choices, but they were still adequate for a comfortable stay.
